We have recently worked with Bill Hudson on the purchase of our new home in Sharpsburg, Georgia.  Although we have known Bill for a while this was our first chance to work with him in a professional capacity.  The work he did on our behalf was exceptional.  I was most impressed with Bill’s attention to small details.  He really focused on finding out what we desired in floor plans, house styles, and neighborhoods.  He showed us a wide variety of homes, but always pinpointed the ones that he felt best matched what we had described was most important to us.  For example, Bill helped us when we needed to stay within a certain school district we desired, but also needed a short commute route to my office.  With his help, we were able to narrow our focus and found a neighborhood that suited us well.
